It is the variety of constantly new topics in different contexts that fascinates me. As far as implementation is concerned, I am convinced that the most important thing is to address people in an understandable, exciting and transparent way, to involve them, to properly inform them and to take them along on new paths.<\/span><\/p>\n

With more than 25 years of experience as a manager and project manager, I have met new challenges internationally in agencies and companies, in all areas of communication, and have successfully solved them. Close cooperation with the respective top management and colleagues has been equally self-evident at all levels. For my clients, I bring expertise, extensive methodological knowledge and a lot of practical experience. The focus was on various cross-functional change projects: reorganizations, acquisitions, integration processes as well as cultural development in Germany, the USA, China, Japan and South Korea.<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. Change to the European Communications Responsibility of an American Company for CAD and PLM Software.<\/span><\/li>\n
        3. Several years as a project and site manager in an international communications agency.<\/span><\/li>\n
        4. Several years as an Executive Board and Communications Officer in retail trade.<\/span><\/li>\n
        5. European Business Studies in Germany and Great Britain.<\/span><\/li>\n
